Path 2 Pro

Career opportunities and being able to establish a place in the exclusive world of racing has proven difficult for many Blacks. The obstacles include the lack of access, industry knowledge and financial support. In 2016 NXG Youth Motorsports initiated the Path 2 Pro program focused on developing individuals and supporting their desire to have a career as race car drivers, engineers, technicians and healthcare professionals.
