NXG’s Path-To-Pro program is a mentoring and career guidance initiative. The program, designed for aspiring engineers, mechanics, marketers, medics and drivers, provides a broad perspective of the motorsports industry. Path-To-Pro events and sessions are delivered on an individualized basis and offer networking, internships, and one-on-one counseling.

The Path 2 Pro program is offered to young people ages 16-21 that have graduated from the NXG Academy or participated in NXG activities as a volunteer. The program seeks individuals interested in careers in the racing or automotive industry. All participants are expected to choose a S.T.E.M.-based education at the technical school or university level. NXG provides individuals with financial scholarships as part of the program, as well as opportunities for paid internships supporting MA and SS classes.
